Render Layer node usage


i want to by able fade in and out, object when they are in Opaque mode(or whole group of objects) like alpha channel, i have found “Render Layer” node witch do this for me
but notch renders object much brighter then in should be ( i guessing because they are has been render two times) the solution is drag down alpha in Render Layer node to the something around 0,3.

Question: Is there other way to do this or how to use this node with value found not by eye ??

I found the reason it’s because of light, in another project I have many render Layer nodes so that was the sum, but I thought if I hook light nodes to specjal dock on this node they will be selective ??
