Issue with Bin Connections

Issue: When trying to connect two Notch Bins, the connection link will not connect and instead attaches somewhere random in the network.

Repro Steps:

* Place two bins in the network
* Without ungrouping, add a connection to the edge of each group
* Create a link between the connections

Expected Result: Groups connect with link

Actual Result: Link attaches to random spot within network, one end attached to the original group, and the other not attached to any node or group
