How to make smoke

I am creating a scene where a person appears out of the smoke.
I used the Field system, but the top of the smoke bounces around.
I would like to know how to make the smoke rise without bouncing.

Hi Yumi, what size is your bounding box? if you increas the size of your fields and bounding box does the top of the smoke continue to move upwards?

I was able to get better by adjusting the size of the BoundingBox and the size and position of the Field, as you suggested.
