Hi there,

Did you forget to attach a screenshot of the actual error?

Hi there,

This issue was resolved. You had an install of Duet Display installed which can cause issues running Notch. See http://manual.notch.one/0.9.22/en/topic/faq-issues-starting-notch

Hi there,

Hiii!! im having this issue, i already download the duet display but is not working any way, can you help me please?

Hi Alex,

Notch is not compatible with Duet Display - you will need to remove / disable that application if you have it installed already.

Please check you’re not running into any of the other issues mentioned here: http://manual.notch.one/0.9.23/en/topic/faq-issues-starting-notch

Also, please try running the VC redist installers in the C:\Program Files\Notch\VS2013 Redist and \VS2015 Redist folders. They should run automatically at the end of the installation process but sometimes Windows UAC stops them.

Failing that, please get in touch via https://www.notch.one/support/contact-us/ and we’ll start requesting PC specific information to help diagnose the issue.

Regards,
Tom

Hi Tom,

Out of curiosity, why is Notch incompatible with Duet? I’m not using Duet anymore, so no worries there, I’m just genuinely curious, cheers.
