No internet connection found / no license

Hi there,
currently im not able to launch notch builder because it’s saying "no internet connection found / unable to connct to license server. The Dongle is connected and found by the operating system. I saw a user on the forum having a similar problem. The solution was a dongle update. So the question is: how can i do this?

Your best bet would be to email support so they can take a look and see what the issue is. Also, run Notch License Check, and send a screenshot of the outcome along side - you can also update the dongle times and firmware from there.
