Is there a setting which helps with navigating around the 3D viewport at all?
It seems very glitchy when trying to rotate around the scene by using the Alt-Right Click.

I don’t have a Wacom but a XPPen ( https://www.xp-pen.com ) tablet, after I enable pen tablet support, I can naviagation now.
