Multi camera blend modes problem - transparency


Using a multi camera setup to divide the scene into a foreground and background. We composite these back in disguise (d3). I set the root composite blend mode to Blend With Alpha Channel.

The result is that all transparant objects from the foreground become opaque to the background, but they retain transparency to each other in the foreground. Also, all glow effects become opaque and look like heavy drop shadows.

Is it possible at all to achieve transparency when using a multicam rig and recomping in disguise?

You should be able to, but I think there maybe issues in the specific setup here. Could you upload your dfx, or send it to support?
