How to Fade in & out Geometry or Line Connection Renderer

Hi,

Is there any way to fade in & out particles created with Geometry or Line connection Renderers? With other renderers I can do the fades for the particles from Emitters Material parameters. But for some reason the same is not working with those two renderers. Is there some other way to achieve the fades?

You have alpha control on your particle render nodes, that will let you fade out the particles

At least for me the Alpha Control in the render node controls the alpha of the whole renderer. So the alpha of all the particles currently visible. That’s not what I’m looking for. The thing I want to achieve is for the particles created with Geometry or Line connection Renderers to fade in & out during their respective life time.
