How do I get streaming input from my computer that’s running Notch?
For example I would like to listen to Spotify and use the input for audio-reactive effect.

In your sound settings, under Recording make sure stereo mix is set as your default device.
In notch, Devices>Audio and Midi Devices, select Stereo Mix in under audio capture devices.
Add a capture sound node, to scene, and use a sound modifier to check that its capturing!
