Hi, one of the machine in our studio is having issues when hitting ‘render video’. This cause the application to freeze. It only happens to one specific Win11 machine and regardless to which license it’s being used or project we try to render, I’ve also tried with a sample project, same result.
Other things I tried was re-install all Notch-related apps/codecs/plugins and upgrade Nvidia drivers.
I’ll reach out to support but in the meantime, any suggestion will be much appreciated.
Hi, the first thing to try here would be going into the Preferences for your rendering in File-> Preferences and turning on the “Disable Quicktime for Video Export” option. You’ll need to close and re-open Builder after that.
