Is there a way to run an audio file underneath all layers - without needing to disable the “Layers as Separate Effects” option? I’d love to use Notch to create visuals for a content piece, and would need to run the soundtrack under the entire project then place my scenes on separate layers and time their in/out points to the music.
I realise this might not be a use case that Notch is designed for - but just interested to see if it’s possible.
Cheers,
graetzy
Hi, these may be workarounds…:
Use the select child node to switch between scenes and contain them all in a single layer. (You can record the index changing or map it to a controller and do it realtime)
Switch off Layers As Separate Effects and set each of your layers start and end points as you need them except a layer playing audio that spans the project duration?
