Opeing dfx file error

Hi

I just upgrade my subscription to Base. However, I can’t open my notch file in Notch_Essencial folder.
Also the popup message is saying “can’t open DFX file .” What is wrong with the notch files?
Can you help me? Thank you in advance.

Hi Chung, most likely the error message says that the file was created with a Learning license. Files created with a Learning license must be converted before they can be used with Base - see the FAQ for the process: Notch - Subscriptions FAQ - notch.one

If that is not it, please contact support with additional information so they can help you out!
