I’ve put together a LiDAR array solution for an interactive space that’s currently mid-build. I think I’ve got the space pretty well covered but this is a new approach for us.
Anyone here have experience in setting up multiple LiDAR sensors horizontally to track a room full of people?
Would be great to have a chat through my thoughts and see if I’m on the right track.

the only LiDAR tool we support directly are the Hokuyo LiDAR sensors
Could you elaborate more on what you’re trying to achieve, and we’ll do our best to guide you through it.

No problem at all, yep we know of the supported devices and I have setup a test with a sensor no problem, but thanks for the information nonetheless!
My thoughts were more about the real-world experience people are going to have, I want to do my best to avoid occlussion but it is an irregular space.
Currently have a design where about 70% is seen by 3 sensors, around 20% by all 4, and some fringe corners we don’t need to cover.
