Hi I was wondering if Notch LC files can have 2.1/3.1 sound channels or are limited just stereo and mono? Thanks!
NotchLC is a video code, which sits inside of the container format. This means that NotchLC isn’t actually responsible for any audio. Any audio that can be supported by the container format can work alongside NotchLC.
Working in various software, you might find that your options for audio when you go to render out video are limited to preset options. Using ffmpeg, you can replace the audio content of a container while keeping the video part, NotchLC, untouched.
