Codemeter problem

Hi, we have some problems with the codemeter dongle. We already have the license update(renewal) for the Builder Pro but we are using different dongle that we used for the first license (we don’t have it for now).

Maybe we are missing something but the activation process doesn’t finish and send us a error. Could be the dongle damage or something? Maybe the codemeter runtime version?

This was resolved via support. In summary: for renewals, you must renew onto the dongle already containing the license.
