Timeline Bug Zoom Fit View to All doesn't work

I’m getting a bug when I press the button Fit View to All, my timeline view change to 18-19min and I can’t move again around or zoom IN-OUT with these buttons (Fit View to All and Fit View to Selection). Just I get a very small Timeline area for work.

This always happens no matter what file is or the type of file.

I’m working with the 0.9.23.065 version.

With a GeForce GTX 1070 with Max-Q
