If I have a standalone exe file that compiled by Base or Professional Builder, and play that by Watermarked Playback Licensed dungle, will it shows watermark?
And if I make standalone exe that compiled by PLE Builder, and play that by Full Playback Licensed dungle, will it shows watermark?

The combination you need for NO watermark is Builder Pro + Full Playback. However, Builder Pro dongles also act as Full Playback dongles up to a resolution of 1920x1080 as well.
In summary.
Pro + Full Playback = NO Watermark
Pro (with Pro dongle present) = NO Watermark up to 1920x1080
Base + Watermark Playback = Watermarked
Pro + Watermark Playback = Watermarked
PLE + Full Playback = Watermarked
