In the documentation, it would be extremely useful to know what the value range for a given parameter represents.
For example: Smooth Envelope Modifier. The description of “Attack” states the purpose of the control: “Controls the initial time between the current value to the peak.”. However, it does not state what the value range represents in relation to the initial time. Does a value of “1” mean no smoothing, 1 second smoothing, 1 sample smoothing, 100% smoothing?
Adding what the range represents to the documentation would reduce guesswork and decrease the time to value of a given configuration. This applies to all of Notch documenation.
