I use Notch a lot for creating visuals for live concerts, and most of the time I work with a master track that I animate my visuals after.
However, it would be great if you could have some information about the track you’re working with in the properties window for the Play Sound Node. For example, the lenght of the track! It’s not a major issue to open the track file in another software to see how long it is, but it feels a bit obsolete.
While I’m on the subject, the possibility to separate a timecode signal from a track and read the time from it (if for example my video starts before the song does or vice versa) would be really handy to have as well
